SHIPPING RATES FOR SHOPSTICKLEY.COM PURCHASES

Purchases made on ShopStickley.com are subject to the following shipping rates.

·       $299 flat-rate shipping to most continental U.S. locations that are outside Stickley dealer territories, with the exception of hard-to-access or remote areas

·       $599 flat-rate shipping to hard-to-access or remote areas

·       $199 shipping surcharge for overweight items (over 275 lbs. packaged weight)

·       $199 shipping surcharge for overlength items (over 101 inches packaged length), excluding rugs

Shipping fees will be calculated based on your address during the checkout process. Shipping is not available to customers within range of an authorized Stickley dealer.

SCHEDULING DELIVERY OF YOUR ONLINE ORDER

Depending on your location, either Stickley or our shipping partner, Deliveright, will contact you to schedule delivery for your furniture. All deliveries will be scheduled as soon as the order is ready. Shipping cannot be held or delayed by the customer as no warehouse storage is available.

FEES FOR RESCHEDULED DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDERS

·       If you need to reschedule your online-order delivery more than 48 hours in advance of the original time, there will be no delivery cancellation fee.

·       If you reschedule your delivery less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance of the original time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your shipping fee.

·       If you reschedule your delivery less than 24 hours in advance of the original time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your shipping fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Should you refuse to pay the applicable cancellation fee for a rescheduled delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order in 10 days. In that event, you will be refunded your original purchase payment minus a 25% restocking fee, the non-refundable flat-rate shipping fee, the delivery cancellation fee, and return shipping costs.

 

PLANNING YOUR DELIVERY

Stickley Furniture | Mattress appreciates your new furniture purchase. We want to make sure that the delivery is problem-free. Before you finalize your order with us, we recommend that you take note of all necessary measurements and any potential obstructions. (Note: This is just a guide. Our design professionals will assist you with every detail.)

Here is important measurement and home environment information that you should consider before taking delivery. Your Stickley Furniture | Mattress designer/salesperson will be happy to assist you in answering these questions.

  1. Will our delivery truck have easy access on your street?
  2. Are your driveway and any nearby sidewalks free of obstructions?
  3. Is your driveway large enough to accommodate a 36-foot truck?
  4. Will all the furniture you purchased fit through your doorways, starting with the front door?
  5. Will your new furniture fit up your stairway?
  6. Are your home’s hallways large enough for our delivery personnel to carry your furniture through?
  7. Has space been readied in your room(s) for your new furniture?

Measure the following areas in your home to help guarantee a smooth delivery:

  1. Exterior/front doorway height
  2. Exterior/front doorway width and clearance to opposite wall
  3. Low-hanging light fixtures
  4. Interior doorway height
  5. Interior doorway width and clearance to opposite wall
  6. Stairway width
  7. Stairwell overhand/ceiling height
  8. Stairway corner width and clearance to opposite wall upstairs

For apartment buildings, condominiums, or homes with an elevator, it’s important to measure the elevator interior height, elevator opening, and opposite wall distance to ensure furniture will fit. If your building has a freight elevator, please reserve it in advance.

MEASUREMENT SPECIFICS

A furniture piece’s length, width, and height must be taken into account. A piece’s diagonal width and depth must also be considered.

Sofa length must be less than the entryway dimension, stairway dimension, and all interior doorways.

Sofa diagonal depth must be less than the entryway dimension, stairway dimension, and all interior doorways.

Casegoods width must be less than entryway dimension, stairway dimension, and all interior doorways.

Casegoods diagonal depth must be less than the entryway dimension, stairway dimension, and all interior doorways.

Getting Ready to Take Delivery

  • Before our delivery professionals arrive at your home, we ask that you:
  • Clear exterior walkways of snow and obstacles
  • Secure low-hanging light fixtures
  • Position rugs in place
  • Move other furniture
  • Remove doors if necessary
  • Clear hallways
  • Remove pictures, art, or lamps
  • Put pets in other rooms
  • Disconnect all electrical devices
  • During delivery, please inspect your furniture thoroughly and report any damage to our delivery team so we can resolve the issue promptly. Due to liability concerns, our delivery teams are not allowed to remove or discard other furniture from your home.
