This handmade trestle table can comfortably seat 6 people, but if you need more room, it features two 18-inch self-storing leaves that are conveniently concealed underneath the top, accessible through an ingenious built-in slide system that allows you to open it from one end with minimal effort. You’ll love the gracefully bowed ends of this trestle table, distinguished by pierced slats (inspired by the work of Scottish designer and architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh) and pinned-tenon craftsmanship.

Take the Highlands Entertainment Console, for example. A broad Arts and Crafts-inspired cabinet that can be used as a functional entertainment console, it is long enough to hold a wide-screen TV or monitor.

Available in solid quartersawn oak or cherry, it features two-double faced drawers with undermount slides, as well as four decoratively etched doors, all finished beautifully with pyramidal knobs (Dark Copper on oak and Light Copper on cherry). Start with the bed: our Highlands Bed, available in Queen, King, and California King sizes, is a stylish centerpiece that features overhanging prairie cap rails, pierced squares on the headboard, and a laser-etched decorative motif. You can choose from either a tall footboard or a low footboard right on the product page.

If you need more storage space in your bedroom, then you may want to consider the Highlands Platform Storage Bed instead. It looks just like the Highlands Bed (and is available in the same sizes of Queen, King, and California King), with the addition of two full-extension drawers and a cubby compartment on each side. Use these to store seasonal items, bedding, and more. It, too, is available with either a tall footboard or a low one.

To anchor your bed, add a nightstand on each side. The Highlands Three-Drawer Nightstand is excellent for this purpose: in addition to matching your Highlands Bed perfectly, it offers ample storage within its three drawers, accented by square pyramidal pulls. A laser-etched motif on the posts and pierced cutouts on the ends accentuate the look. The top drawer is velvet-lined, which makes it perfect for storing delicate objects.

If you prefer doors to drawers, consider our Highlands Door Nightstand. It, too, offers plenty of storage space and can be crafted with either a left or right hinge. The top drawer in this nightstand is also lined with velvet, while the frame-and-panel door features a decorative cutout.
